Yesterday Chef John spent several hours in our kitchen, preparing a dinner party for six and we were pleased beyond words with our entire experience. He was professional and friendly from the moment he arrived and spent time explaining his process as he prepared the menu we had agreed on beforehand. And when we sat down to our meal, the food was exquisite, earning rave reviews from everyone at the table.

I hired John to cater a Christmas Eve get together with friends, it’s an experience we all still talk about. Every dish John made was so well planned and perfectly executed, just amazing. I hope to have the opportunity to hire him again. In addition to his phenomenal skills with food he’s also an amazing person. John is a blessing.

I have hired John several times to cook for retreats. Groups of anywhere from 8-30. The food is very well received as nourishing, delicious and full of love. My favorite was a strawberry glazed game hen with wild rice and roasted vegetables. Oh and his chocolate mousse is divine!

I hired Chef John for an intimate event in Florida. Chef John surpassed my expectations! Amazing meals and great communication. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Chef John recently spent an afternoon with my family giving us a cooking class. He was patient with our questions and we learned a lot. He uses only fresh and, when available, local ingredients. We ended our session with an amazing and delicious meal. We will be calling him again!

After enjoying the food at two restaurants and catered events, it is clear that Chef John is excellent at preparing food. The food was simple, local, and cooked to perfection.

I attented a Tantric Festival and had the pleasure to be nourished by John’s magic. We do deep work, it’s intense. Caring for our bodies with loving and intention food is key. I’m grateful we got to enjoy such yummy, healthy food! It made the whole experience even more valuable and awesome.

Went to a weekend tantric retreat with my SO and they decided it would be mostly vegan. Vegan isn’t normally my thing so I brought a Subway just in case lol. Definitely did NOT need it. Chef John made so many wonderful meals that’s I didn’t need that sandwich. Was able to chat a bit with him too. He’s a wonderful human as much as a fantastic chef! Would love to have the opportunity to dine with him more!

We were so happy to have found John to provide his wonderful culinary services for my husband’s birthday party!! He was able to fully coordinate a perfect menu for us based on us telling him a few things we liked. He even shopped for everything and cleaned up after the party. Every one of the party guests thoroughly enjoyed John and the amazing food. Thank you!

For the special times with family and friends-I have many times taken on cooking as well being the hostess and photographer- I called Chef John to cater and have commissioned him several more times since so I am able to take the time to enjoy special moments. I noticed early on the care that was taken to gather ingredients for the meal plan. Chef John has a heart for the local farmers and will get fresh ingredients locally from them. The amazing thing to me is that he will even take a nature walk and gather ingredients for my event -truly amazing and special! Thank you Chef John!

Chef John waltzed into my kitchen one day at Unifier Festival and just said how can I help? He ended up staying most of the rest of the day just because he loved our ‘vibe’. He loves supporting people who have a great mission and it shows. I love how much he loves to feed people! John has a zest for life and for cooking. He has been a great addition for my big event kitchens and it is always a pleasure whenever I can get him back.

Chef John has an incredible knack for amazing flavor. I have tried many of his dishes over the years and they were always phenomenal.

What a delight to get to know chef John! 👨‍🍳 cannot recommend enough… the meals at the retreat I attended were so well thought out. Healthy and delicious food all weekend long. 😋 I would also add unique! Many tasty scones and salads I had never experienced and left me wanting seconds. 5 star service from a wonderful human, you can’t go wrong having chef John cater for you!

I worked w John behind the scenes of the kitchen. His specialty for me was his baked lobster/ Mac n cheese and/or his delightful lobster roll.

My husband purchased a private chef dinner for 6 with Chef John, for me for Christmas. We booked the event, John met with me to choose a menu. I had some ideas, but really wanted to let him bring his creativity, literally, to the plate. Well, when the men are raving about the salad ( before we even got to the main course of garlic studded filet mingon) know that was the right choice! It was such a fun evening, basically having a high end restaurant experience in my own home. He even did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen. I can highly recommend!

I was seeking to fill my freezer with easy meals for my family. I’ve been cooking dinner almost every day during the pandemic, and I’m bored of my own cooking! In a few hours, Chef John shopped and prepped for several ready to cook/reheat meals for my freezer. For the cost of 3 or 4 restaurant meals, we ended up with more than a dozen family meals. Everything was delicious.
